If you have released music on Soundcloud, Bandcamp, Beatport, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, or anywhere else... you are all invited to promote your tracks here: The Underground - Discover New Music

The main goal of building this community is to give everyone the chance to be seen and heard, and to get our music out there to the masses easier! 

Everyone is here for the music, so let's share ours with the world. We can all now discover new music that we might not have found otherwise and support each others growth. 

In The Underground - Discover New Music section, I have created categories for different genres. For the best visibility, post your music in the section that suits your genre.

If your genre isn't there yet, please post it in the All Other Electronic Genres category, specify your genre in the posts name, and tag me at @riggsy_dharkfunkh asking me to create a new category for it. I will do so asap and move the post into there for you afterwards. 

If you're track is a free download, the please use the tag 'free download' in the tags section underneath the post when posting, and also add 'free download' in the posts title. 

You can post players from all platforms directly into posts. Please read the instructions below, as some platforms require an extra step to show the player in the post... 

By posting a simple url link into the posts text editor... tracks from Spotify, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, and YouTube will show up as dedicated players automatically, as shown below:

(Please bear in mind that using link shorteners on Soundcloud or anywhere else will stop the player from showing and will just display a link, so please use the full url)

When writing a post, you can click the 'preview' button underneath the text box to see how your post will show up on the forum before you post it.

If the player for your chosen platform is not showing up and only showing as a link, follow the steps below...

Other players from other platforms will also work, using this simple 2 step method...

 

Step 1: Click on the 'Source code' button in the toolbar above the posts text box. The 'source code' icon is 3rd from the left and it looks like this {;}

Step 2: Copy the embed code link of your track from the mp3 store or streaming platforms website into the source code box.

Now your players will then show up like the examples below:

 

Bandcamp: (You can choose your player size on bandcamp itself)

 

 

 

Beatport players will show up like this:

 

 

Traxsource players will show up like this:

 

 

Juno players will show up like this:

 

 

 ...and so on, for all other platforms.
