Ez dude, There's a few different ways you could try, depending on how you want to work it...

If you have a list of DJs already and use something like Mailchimp or Beehiiv to send out your promos in one go, you could lay it out something like this using the built in email editor. This one in the attached screenshot below is an example of one that I built in Mailchimp:

You could also use something like Inflyte which does this same thing for you but gives you more detailed analytics of who has listened and downloaded, and the DJs have to leave you a feedback comment before they download it.

I'd recommend trying both ways and seeing what results you get. I'm using both ways still now (Mailchimp and Inflyte)

As far as writing up a full press release for a track... this can be good to write a back story about the track and the artists if it's featured on a website or something, or if it's a mail out to your fans in an email or on socials.

But if you're sending it out to DJs as a promo... from experience being sent between 70-100 promos a week, I never read the press release on every track. All I wanna see is the genre, the artist names, and listen to the track to see if it fits in my DJ sets or not.

I tend to chunk my promo listening missions into one day every week though and go through them all at once, and I go through them as fast as possible. I know a lot of DJs do the same, so let the music do the talking 😉

That just how I do things so I would definitely do your own testing and see what works best for you. I keep my press release text on promos to a minimum and just make sure that the track player and genre and a short message is the focus.
